We endeavour to offer the highest level of service for our online sales. This means dispatching orders as soon as reasonably possible. Process online orders as they come in we dispatch within 1 business day. We can dispatch “same day” if an order is received before 10am. Orders placed during the weekend will be actioned on the next business day.
All orders are shipped from Local Legends in Casino, NSW using Australia Post. However, in some cases an alternative courier may be used if deemed appropriate.
We typically do not offer express shipping, as it creates an expectation of “next day” which is hard to achieve from our factory in regional NSW. However, if you have a special need for urgency please give us a call or email, and we’ll do our best to help out. We love to make our customers happy so please don’t hesitate to contact us.
